Together, we will establish clear deadlines for booking vendors and sending invitations, and I am happy to attend vendor meetings with you as needed. I will also check in regularly—especially as key deadlines approach—to ensure everything stays on track and no detail is overlooked.
At the rehearsal, I will make sure everyone understands their role and feels confident for the big day. On your wedding day, I will be onsite managing every detail and coordinating all moving parts so your family and loved ones can simply relax and enjoy the celebration. I will provide a comprehensive timeline covering all the special moments, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
Month of coordination
Month-of Coordination is ideal for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but would like a professional to ensure everything runs seamlessly. A few weeks prior to the big day, I will connect with you to gather vendor details, confirm logistics, and finalize your timeline so every element is aligned. As included in the full planning package, I will be present at both the rehearsal and on the wedding day, managing the schedule and coordinating all moving parts. My goal is to keep everything on track according to the timeline you’ve approved, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.
